TUGAS AKHIR ( BTP D IV ) PENGARUH KOMPOSISI BLOTONG DAN PASIR SEBAGAI MEDIA TANAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BIBIT TEBU (Sacharum Officinarum L.) BUD CHIPS

The study was conducted to determine the effect of the composition of blotong
and sand as a planting medium on the seeds of sugar cane bud chips. The
research was conducted on February 18nd
– May 16th 2019 located at the LPP
Polytechnic Greenhouse in Yogyakarta. The study used a non factorial
randomized blok design (RBD) consisting of five treatments and repeated three
times. The first treatments is the composition of the planting media (M) of M1 =
sand (100%), M2 = blotong : sand (25% : 75%), M3 = blotong : sand (50% :
50%), M4 = blotong : sand (75% : 25%), and soil (100%). The result of the
calculation analysis of variance significantly different will be done further tested
by using Ducan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) 5%. Based on the results of the analysis that all treatments significantly affect all observed variables used.
